Services is fully insured, including Broker/Agent referral indemnity.
We have been trained and certified by the "American Institute of Inspectors",
to perform inspections on mobile and manufactured homes.
Our
inspection of mobile or Manufactured Home includes all of the systems
and components which are normally evaluated on a conventional home,
plus the components which are specific to mobile/manufactured homes
and parks.
Although we are not “State Inspectors”, nor
do we work for the State
of California, as a courtesy, we also include
inspections of many Health
& Safety concerns for the protection
of our clients, and are familiar
with Title 25 of the “Health
& safety Code”, which governs the
construction, use, maintenance,
and occupancy of mobile home parks
within the State of California.
Mobile
and manufactured home construction techniques, building codes, park
regulations, and maintenance requirements are not the same as with conventionalhomes. Having a trained inspector on your side
will help to provide you with theinformation that you need to make
an informed decision about your potential purchase.
